Ready to Ship

Ready to Ship items are currently in my inventory and only require a 1-3 day processing time. Once packaged, they will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) unless other arrangements are agreed upon. 

Made to Order

Made to Order items are not currently in my inventory. Once I receive your order, please allow 2-4 weeks for creation and processing. Purchases are then shipped through USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) unless other arrangements are agreed upon. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Please contact me prior to placing your order if you like to add insurance to your package.

Expedited Shipping

Please contact me if you would like expedited shipping or a RUSH priority on Made to Order items so we can discuss the options. 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please contact me if you have any concerns about your finished piece.
If your piece arrives damaged, please take detailed pictures of the piece as well as the packaging and contact me within 24 hours of receipt. I will work with you on filing a claim with USPS and discuss repair/replacement options.
